> Eye opening and memorable experience with a world class team.

Unfortunately can't share my formal wrap-up presentation, but some highlights are:
> Reverse engineered contractors 400,000 line PLC codebase and used learnings to commission Reverse Osmosis Keystations software in-house at 1/4 the cost*. (*vs. estimated quote)
> Did this with a boutique PLC reverse engineering tool I built for S7, then shared with my team + created flowcharts, workprocesses for future interns to learn from.

While doing ^ I caught major interlocks issue - Avoided drainage of corrosives into multi-million dollars worth of high-speed filling equipment.
> Code had not been delivered to spec + was missed in validation testing. I informed relevant teams of the issue, liased with contractor to have them verify my suspicions and resolve the issue.

> Overpressurisation diagnosis on the kegging pasturiser - diagnosing root cause scenarios across three SCADA pages/buildings, hundreds of control modules, tens of phase states + sproadic operator interventions. I loved this. Perfect trial by fire to test an interns problem solving! 😂

> Ammonia Chiller code change to account for fourty week lead time on a pump that was losing prime. Contractor was on leave and I was trusted with the job.
> Designed logic, handled formal haz-op risk assessment with validation meetings and documentation.

> And many more projects. My team and UNSW Co-op already know this, but I am incredibly grateful. Best internship I could have asked for :)
